Brief History

Wong, Rogerio Eng, was born on 18/01/66, is formed by UNIMONTE Journalist / SANTOS, began the practice of Karate on October 19, 1975 in Okinawa Shorin-Ryu Karate-Do Brazil entity created by Grand Master Shinzato before the foundation of USKB (Union Shorin Ryu Karate of Brazil), located at the time the St. General Camara almost on the corner of Avenue Senador Feijó in Santos / SP. He is currently Coral Belt, 7 ° Dan, collector of various regional papers, state, national and international. In addition, occupy a prominent place on the board of USKB / IUSKF.

With much effort and dedication formed black belt in October 1982, the school Shinzato Karate. Noting the seriousness and ability of Wong, a teacher, supported and encouraged that glimpsing the possibility of becoming a karate instructor and was soon teaching classes in various locations, including: Association Santos Judo and Karate (Santos / SP ) - 1982 and 1983; Former BC 2 / 2 today BIL (São Vicente / SP) - 1983 to 1985, the Olympic Center - 1983 to 1986; Olimpic Center, current academy Unique (Santos / SP) - 1986 to 1991; Club Race Santos, in several private schools, Social Project Karate Community in 02 locations in the Church of Valongo and E. Already Reginaldo Eng Wong was born in 19/07/1971, is formed by FATEC Technologist (Santos) and a great sportsman: practice hiking, soccer and karate began operations in February 1980 and was promoted to 3rd Dan in October 2007. Won several titles including: the Vice-Champion in Kata Mundialito 1994 en Córdoba / Argentina. She currently holds the post of President of Wong Karate-Do.

Thanks to the commitment and dedication of the brothers Wong, on 29 October 1991, was the "Wong Karate-Do", then headquartered at Avenida Pedro Lessa, 2109 in the district Embaré in Santos. The Wong Karate-Do had the incentive of the Father, Mr. Wong Wing Sen, Mother, Ms. Eng Sil Ron Wong, the late Mestre Yoshihide Shinzato, friends, students and their families.

Much respected, Wong Karate-Do-Do Kobu and now occupies a prominent place in the regional scenarios, state, national and international Karate and several members and many supporters because of the work.
